Commentary
The impact survey is the methodical analysis of the consequences of a planning project.
It is about studying :
- The environmental consequences of the project (on landscape, the natural habitat, soil, air, water, flora and fauna),
- But also the resulting socioeconomic consequences.
The impact survey is a legal obligation in many cases (cf texts in force).
But beyond this legal obligation, the impact survey allows the project undertaker to master the project and to have a better understanding of the social, economic and environmental impacts resulting from the project.
The impact survey summarises the project undertakers responsabilities in a written form and shows the projected planning consequencesdynamically in the development of the territory.
LAMY S.A coordinates with all public and private operators to help them to complete the legally required submissions: file for creation of ZAC, public utility Declaration.
