Commentaries

The general public and industry are sometimes unaware of the risks of land pollution. The origins of pollution are various and sometimes have little visible impact on health.
LAMY S.A EXPERTISE has different offers in this area:

THE POLLUTION DIAGNOSIS BEFORE SALE :
In the case of a land sale, of land previously used by industry (or next to an industrial zone), it is paramount to perform a "pollution diagnosis before sale ", which indicates, at a point in time, the existing pollution, and the potential impact.

POLLUTION DIAGNOSIS :
To identify pollution, the amount, the potential impact and the consequences, at the request of an industrial, but outside of the legal administrative procedures described below.

SIMPLIFIED RISK ASSESSMENT(E.S.R) :
This survey can be imposed by the administration on the industrial, in the case where the industrial undetakes activities considered to be risks or following an incident of pollution.
The survey's objective is to classify the site according to the level of risk, as defined by the law.
This E.S.R consists of an historical analysis of the site, combined with a documentary survey of vulnerability of the environment and is concluded by a phase of land visit and recognition.

DETAILED RISK ASSESSMENT (E.D.R) :
This survey is performed after an E.S.R for the sites needing complementary investigation.
It defines a policy of depollution in order to bring the site risks back to an acceptable level.
The E.D.R consists of deep diagnosis of the site, then a precise qualification of the level and the type of risk involved.

LAMY S.A EXPERTISE uses its experience and knowledge to coordinate the competencies necessary for succeeding these appraisals.
